Goal of the Summer: Expand Recipe Repertoire
So, as mentioned earlier, I have a number of summer goals. Tonight I put one of those goals into action. I made dinner for my family! I was really skeptical of what my family would think of my creations, but they loved it all! Yay! Samantha was so kind as to help me out too!
Main Dish: Honey Glazed Salmon
Sides: Vegetable Medley with Lemon/Garlic Marinade, Angel Hair Pasta, Homemade Garlic Toast using fresh baguette from Armenian bakery
Dessert: Fresh Rasberries, Blackberries, Blueberries with a honey/lemon glaze
Outcome: SUCCESS! Goal towards becoming a domestic goddess commences!
CPK With My Lovely Lauren and Megan - Wed. June 3
So, I went from seeing these girls every weekend... to NEVER! A reunion dinner was in order! Yay for eating delicious pizza on a heated patio back in CALIFORNIA!! Love you two to pieces!
